Biblioteca Americanista de Sevilla. REBIS-BAS-CSIC
Responsable de la Biblioteca Americanista de Sevilla desde noviembre del 2016. Licenciada en Filología Hispánica, pertenece al Cuerpo de Facultativo de Bibliotecas desde 2005. Comenzó su carrera profesional en la Biblioteca Nacional de España ocupando distintos puestos, en la Sala Cervantes trabajando con monografías antiguas, como jefa de sección de Publicaciones Periódicas, y finalmente como jefa de servicio de Salas Generales. En el año 2011 entró a formar parte de las bibliotecas del CSIC como responsable de la Biblioteca de la Estación Biológica de Doñana (EBD), pasando en el 2014 a gestionar la biblioteca unificada de cinco institutos ubicada en CICIC (Isla de la Cartuja de Sevilla).
En las distintas bibliotecas del CSIC donde ha estado se ha potenciado el trabajo de Digital.CSIC y Simurg promoviendo, entre sus usuarios y compañeros, los beneficios de unir difusión y conservación a través de la digitalización, de subrayar la importancia de la Ciencia abierta, y de ayudar a los investigadores en el cumplimiento de los mandatos relacionados con el open access.
Responsible for the Americanist Library of Seville since November 2016. Bachelor of Hispanic Philology, belongs to the Body of Library Faculty since 2005. She began her professional career in the National Library of Spain occupying different positions, in the Cervantes Room working with old monographs, as head of the Periodic Publications section, and finally as head of the General Rooms service. In 2011 he became part of the CSIC libraries as head of the Doñana Biological Station Library (EBD), passing in 2014 to manage the unified library of five institutes located in CICIC (Isla de la Cartuja de Sevilla ).
In the different libraries of the CSIC she has promoted the work of Digital.CSIC and Simurg among its users and colleagues, the benefits of joining dissemination and conservation through digitalization, of underlining the importance of Open Science, and to help researchers in fulfilling the mandates related to open access.
